People Empowerment to Access Right to Livelihood (PEARL) Project has been implemented in 24 villages of Gadiaguda Gram Panchayat under Dasmantpur block in Koraput district. 1281 socially and economically marginalized families are being covered through this project. This project is being supported by Indo Global Social Service Society (IGSSS), New Delhi.

The project has focused to fulfil its three objective:

  1. On formation of functional, dynamic and community based democratic people’s organisation supporting the right based approach for livelihood enhancements
  2. Ensure food security through increased access and opportunities of govt. programs and integration of local adaptation, coping mechanism in the context of climate change and finally
  3. Promotion of forums, networks, sharing innovative models for lobbying and advocacy on the issues related to dignified and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
